First of all, I like to work with people who I can trust, who know how to hear my needs, and also do it in a great manner. Secondly, I appreciate this Team because they know the quality, they are constant in work, they work every day, which is important for all of us. They are people who love what they do, they are also very smart and have a lot of ideas and skills. I like the communication, I got all my answers right away, help me out with everything, isn't it big enough? My huge custom deck and patio was a very hard project, and I am proud of the quality of work and I can say for sure, they are number 1! And finally, of course I can recommend 100% to be with Team builders limited. You will have your home better, beautiful and more comfortable! TEAM Builders added a 7 ft. deck to our current deck and we had them add a roof over our old deck. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were on time each day and their crew stayed on the job until it was done. The crew was very nice. They all cared about the project as though it was their home. I am very impressed with TEAM Builders and there is no doubt we will use them for any project we may have in the future.

We had an overhang put on our deck. This involved tying into the existing roofline. It didn't seem terribly easy, but they tied it into the roofline exactly as we wanted with no real issues. They worked with the Cedar Falls inspection group to make sure all of their needs were met. It looks great, and the quality has held up for over a year now!

Very professional. When planning a new deck and pergola project , I was offered several design options with varying prices ranges. TEAM Builders provided pro and con advice for each option. The project was started when promised and completed on time ( even though it rained most of the time it took to complete my project ). They worked rain or shine. Austin checked the progress of work often and when work was finished, they cleaned up. I am extremely happy with the look and quality of workmanship of the Azek composite deck and cedar pergola.

Trevor, Kent and team were assume to work with on our four seasons room and deck/patio. Trevor helped us with the design and shape what we were wanting to do and was patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Kent and team were a blast to have onsite, they were eager to get the job done and the job done right. They kept us posted throughout the entire project and even kept our puppy entertained. This is a great company that delivers quality work!
